01 / The studio

Independent minds.
Shared curiosity.

We’re here to make room for new kinds of play, and new ways of bringing them to life.

Who we are

A game studio.
A curious mindset.

Pizuki is an independent game studio based in Las Vegas. We’re a team working across game development, creative direction, and AI-native production.

Our focus is the connection between creative work and the systems that make it possible. We bring AI into our production process with one goal: higher-quality experiences for players. We believe there is a gap between the promise of these tools and the consistency, character, and care a finished game needs. Closing that gap is the work.

We’re developing our own production technology alongside our games. The aim is to create more room to experiment, learn from what we make, and refine the details that matter.

Our team brings different perspectives to a shared body of work. We develop ideas together, challenge the details, and keep the player experience at the center of our decisions.

Working together

Different disciplines.
One studio.

Games take shape where creative and technical thinking meet.

Our studio connects the disciplines behind an experience: how it plays, how it looks and feels, and the systems that bring it to life. We use AI throughout that process to explore possibilities and give the team more room to refine the work.

01

Game development

Mechanics, worlds, and progression. Start with a clear playable idea and develop the details that give it depth.

02

Creative direction

Art, animation, sound, and interaction. Give each experience a coherent identity and a feeling worth remembering.

03

Technology & production

Engineering, tools, and iteration. Build a production process that helps good ideas become better games.

What guides us

A point of view, carried into the work.
01

Protect the spark.

A surprising idea can start small. Leave enough room in the process for curiosity, experimentation, and the unexpected.

02

Care about the craft.

How something moves, sounds, and responds changes how it feels. Those choices deserve attention.

03

Keep asking.

Treat a prototype as a question. Be willing to change direction when the experience suggests a better answer.

Independent by design

Our own way
of making.

Independence gives us room to question the process as well as the product.

We’re interested in ideas that become stronger when creative and technical thinking happen together. That’s the thread connecting our studio, our approach, and our investment in AI-native production.
